Hi!!! It's Olivia. I LOVE crafting. Like, really really LOVE it. I make all sorts of fun stuff, but my favorite thing ever is making tiny clothes for my stuffed animals and dolls. 💖✂️🧵

🧸 Making Clothes for My Toys

So, I have this kitty cat named Kitsy. She’s super cute but she had no clothes, so I made her a brand new Halloween costume out of felt! Felt is the best because it doesn’t fray and it’s really easy to cut. Also, the colors are sooo pretty.

Here’s the felt I use and LOVE:🛒 Craft Felt Sheets - 48 Pack Rainbow Colors – These are soft, easy to cut, and have all my favorite colors.

✂️ My Crafty Tools

You don’t need a sewing machine (though I really want one for Christmas 😍). I use glue, scissors, and sometimes little Velcro dots to make clothes that stick together!

Here’s what’s in my craft box:🧰 Kid-Safe Craft Scissors – These cut felt but not fingers (yay for safety!)🧵 Tacky Glue (Fast Grab) – This glue is sticky and holds felt SUPER well🌟 Velcro Dots for Crafts – Great for making dresses that open and close

👗 How I Made a Felt Dress for My Cat, Kitsy

Okay, this is how I made a dress for Kitsy:

Choose a felt color – I picked light pink, obviously! 💕
Lay Kitsy on the felt and draw around her body for a pattern.
Cut out two pieces – one forhttps://amzn.to/4mKp1gO the front and one for the back.
Glue the sides but leave holes for her arms.
Add decorations! I used tiny felt hearts and sparkly gems.

Kitsy looked SO fancy. I gave her a little hat too. 😎

🎨 Decorating Is the Best Part!

I like to decorate with buttons, gems, and glitter glue. Sometimes I even sew the clothes together instead of using glue (with help from my mom).

Always ask a grown-up before using scissors, sewing needles or glue!
Don’t worry if it’s not perfect. Even fancy designers mess up!
Give your toy a fashion show after you're done!
Save all your leftover felt for tiny accessories like bows and belts.

💕 Why I Love Crafting

Crafting makes me happy when I’m bored, sad, or just want to make something cool. I like giving my toys new outfits because it’s like they get a makeover.
